Whew, Christmas is finally here and so is the Christmas tree reveal! I’ve giving you all enough teasers in my Instagram Stories and y’all we’re OVER IT! Listen, I understand your pain because we all need some inspo when it comes to decorating for Christmas.

Truthfully, I wasn’t planning to decorate Christmas until I realized the about of joy the tree would bring into our home. After the storm we’ve weathered and are STILL weathering this year, we can all use a little joy! There’s just something the twinkle of those white Christmas lights that still gives my adult self butterflies.

If you were apart of the tree collar conversation in my Stories this past weekend, thank you! You helped to influence me to go back to Crate and Barrel and buy one of the three options and the black one won! I’m super excited about the fact that the green tree stand isn’t too noticeable. That saved me from taking on another DIY project because y’all had me loaded with ways to solve that problem.

I truly appreciate you for showing up for me because although I’m an Interior Designer, I too get stomped on creating solutions sometimes. To be transparent, it rarely happens for two reasons; I’m a creative person at heart and I’m also quite resourceful.

One thing about me, I don’t mind taking on DIY projects! But I was really hesitate about it this time because I’m not paying full price for an item and turn around and invest more sweat equity when I get home.- No ma’am! Maybe had I found it at the thrift store. *shrugs shoulders*
